Our holistic approach integrates risk management and continuity planning to ensure our clients are prepared for the unexpected. Our mission is to nurture resilience within both non-profit and for-profit organizations, enabling a proactive culture of preparedness against future disruptions.

Five years from now, Resilient Matriarch will be an integral service provider and thought leader in all areas of organizational resilience and risk management by advising and empowering businesses to anticipate, adapt, and thrive in the face of change. Our vision is to cultivate positive global impacts through the products and services that we provide.
Resilient Matriarch was founded by Tashonda Haugabrook and Daniella Miller in 2024 after nine years of planning. These principal leaders bring a combined 25+ years of experience along with a cadre of other support specialists and experts in risk management and organizational resilience.
